Green LW Medal

I've been wondering about the Green colored LW Medal.
The green LW medal goes out to leagues who did not win a War in any League Wars.
However, in order to receive that green medal league members must participate and
achieve 3 attack wins during the 3 different wars. The 3 attack wins can be achieved
in 1 war or in separate wars, just as long as there a 3 attack wins, then players can receive
the green medal.

During the League Wars Avalanche there was a war that happened in Round 3 Division 10.
2 leagues, loon platoon, and ♦ JEFFREY&TRACEY LEAGUE 5¹ ♦ went on to a final score of 20-20
a dead end tie that no league won and ultimately the final result was both leagues didn't win the
bronze medal prize, both leagues in fact won the green medal participation prize.
Is this a first time to ever happen in the history of Heroes Rising League Wars? so it seems.
It is very strange to me that the war must have gone into double overtime, but no one attacked?

I have yet to win a Green colored LW medal. It is a medal I'm not seeking after, however it would add some color to the hero page especially this time of year with Christmas and holidays. I have won all
the other colored LW medals though. 5 Gold, 5 Silver, 1 Bronze.

Now I have been wondering what does the Green represent? I mean we know Gold, Silver, & Bronze are
metals, but what is green? is it emerald? is it wood painted green? or is it plant material? I would think
emerald is to good for not winning a war, so what does the green mean?
Does anyone read forum posts? if so please answer my green medal question if you an account and can log in, thank you.

I really hope to receive cards for these forum and blog posts, I have been having trouble not receiving payments properly, and then having to keep asking in PM's about it really takes the fun away of writing these.

Yes, people do read your forum posts. Probably not as many as should, but they are read.

Green is probably the color for tarnished copper, lol. I don't know why, to be honest. Maybe it just looks different enough to make it stand out.

Recently, a new person took over for payments from the Sentinel. With the holidays being this week and next, I'm not sure what the schedule for payment will look like, but I would expect that after the new year starts and he gets more familiar with payments, you will see progress.

As it is, the posts on the Fiction Forum earn 20MP, if they don't go to press with the Sentinel. The ones that have been posted will earn you much more, depending on the payment schedule. First of the month is worth 460 MP, and then if you have articles posted once a week during that month, you earn 240/week and if you do multiple articles in a week, those after the first are worth only 40MP.

If you ever have issues, post a message on the Sentinel Page and the editors will see it is rectified quickly.

Merry Christmas. I'm glad to have you writing with us.

I believe it is Plastic.  IN another dimension and another time, the final medal is Wood.  I believe this one is made of plastic.

Plastics represent everything that has gone wrong with your humanity since I went to sleep.  Your kind want everything in plastic, unless it has these BPA's and then you want the PET bottles, because they are BPA free, but of course those break down faster in the environment and destroy this earth, leaving us with microplastics...

I swear it is a bizarre world I have awoken to.  That plastic is so highly prized, it is now a medal in our wars.  Amazing.

Thanks Madam Marv & Pharaoh for your replies. I like the idea of the green medal being aged copper that would make sense keeping it a metal, but not as valuable as bronze, silver, & gold of course. I vaguely remember someone else saying it was wood though awhile ago at the HR FB group, maybe it was you Pharaoh. The medal does have a nice green broccoli color to it, & you are right it does stand out. Another idea is that it is green mold, the kind you may see on stale bread. Anyways the medal gives leagues that earned that something to look forward to in the next League Wars, the leagues can grow stronger and earn a more valuable medal next go around.

Also, thanks Madam Marv. for the info regarding sentinel / forum.

Happy Holidays!
