LW5 XP Review Recap

Hey There Heroes & Villains of Heroes Rising!
Chamillionaire here again to recap & review my League Wars 5 experience.

Well it was my first League Wars since starting Heroes Rising, found a league to join.
However during the last few hours of registration I was getting a bit concerned because
the league I had joined did not register yet. Finally, however the league was registered.
The league I joined was 5th Precinct: Undercover.

Now onto the 1st War Round 1: We were fighting Mojo's DoJO? not sure about the name
now because it has changed to ‡ ☠ Stray Catz & Dawgs ☠ ‡. So here is the deal I had to
work so I attacked and won all I could before leaving. 5th Precinct: Undercover had the lead
at the time, not a blow out, but a decent lead, thought we had a good chance to win.
So I return home from work and at that time it was a few hours after the war was
scheduled to finish, however when I logged in I received a message

What? Overtime? 8 Hours? What?
At this point I'm tired as hell, but I really wanted our league win, so I attacked some more,
but this time I picked up a few losses from attacking, whoops oh no wasn't planning that.
I stayed up to monitor the war, and during that time looked at possible wins from attacking
more of the opponent. Well during the final minutes one Mojo's DoJO's league members was
attacking and picking up wins, so kept refreshing the page back and forth to see the score.
I knew I had to do something, here it goes, all or nothing, I attacked who I thought I could win
against and to my surprise won, these toons were higher level than mine so it was a nice surprise!

And was able to get the final hit in during the last 30 seconds and won! however that tied the score
AGAIN! Amazing! Double OverTime! WHAT? History in the making! WOW!

Now time for another 8 hours of war, but this time fights did not reset. I was pretty much all
out of attacks at least those who I thought I could win against, if nothing else I could try a few
during the end, so I decided to wait and not attack, let's see how this score goes.
To my surprise our lowest level in the league stepped up added a few levels and some power
came through to win the double overtime, so I didn't have to risk attacking at the end of the second OT.
Wow that was close and super, final score 239-235 Double Overtime!

And as a result both leagues received 2 special "Strong Team" League Wars cards!

Thank you very much for the league war team, the opponent team, and the extra reward cards!

Second War Round 2: Against Dark Guins 51, loss. Nothing I could, opponent league to overwhelming.

Third War Round 3: Against 5th Precinct Buddy Cops, we picked up a win, but it was strange to fight
another 5th Precinct league so I did not attack, but I kept looking at the score until the end just in
case some wins were needed, I was ready to fight if necessary.
 
Well, that wraps it up, 5th Precinct: Undercover won a Silver, 2nd place in the LW5. It was super fun.

I also received a "Super Nova" card for winning 8 or more attacks, and 2 more "Strong Team" cards
for placing Silver.  
Since then I have left 5th Precinct, there seems to be an extreme amount of controversy and from
what I read seems to be a lot of hatred towards the 5th Precinct leader. Now I really do not know
the details of what exactly happened, I'm just hero who wanted to experience League Wars, and
it was one hell of an experience and will go to the Heroes Rising History books as the 1st ever
double overtime! So I have decided to remove myself from 5th Precinct, I do not want to be involved
in any controversy or hatred. Just trying to have some fun in a fun game!
