Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

Silent Shadow

Silent Shadow watched the city below.  His black ninja gi silhouetted by the full moon behind him.  His Ninjato strapped to his back.  His communicator from BADGE was made with text only option since he was mute.  He checked the hidden pouches where he kept his shuriken.  He sighed.  It had been a quiet night.
A small white cat strolled up next to him and started cleaning itself.  He smiled, though no one could see it under his mask.  "Hello, kitty," he signed with a bit of a silent laugh at the pun.  It just mewed at him.
"Yes, it is a quiet night, Master Neko," he signed in response.  "Perhaps we can listen for  a crime being committed."  The cat sat silently beside him.  He heard some gunshots a few blocks over which caused the cat to run away. He finally had something to do and used his shadow teleport to get close.
It was a robbery of a gas station convenience store.  He drew is Ninjato and went shadow form to sneak up behind the criminal.  he became physical again and tapped him on the shoulder while applying pressure to a pressure point on the criminals wrist where he held his gun.
"What?  Where did you come from?" the criminal asked.
Silent Shadow put away his Ninjato and struck a secret pressure point in the center of the forehead which knocked out the criminal he quickly restrained him for the police.  with a quick wave to the cashier he turned to return to patrolling the night.  Someone started clapping.
    "Not bad," someone said...

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

"Oh, don't mind me. I'm just admiring your talents." A blue-skinned woman with a skin-tight blue-and-white body suit hovered in the shadows.

A pair of weapons holstered on her hips caught his eyes. They appeared to be high-tech pistols of some sort. He cocked his head and lowered into a crouching position, prepared to dart to a side if she drew them.

The woman pulled off her matching helmet and goggles, revealing a shock of blue hair that cascaded onto her neck and shoulders. She landed several feet away from him. "Are we the strong, silent type? Let me break the ice. I'm Kryie."

Silent Shadow nodded, relaxing imperceptibly.

"I'm new to the city. How about you?" Kryie said with a polite smile.

Her bearing was very disarming. Bubbly, friendly, almost seductive. Without much of a breeze in the air, her cape and hair managed to move as if moved by a fan while she posed at a photoshoot. The polished nature to her disposition sent up a warning sign in his mind. She could be a very effective distraction.

But she also hadn't done anything but introduce herself either. He proceeded with caution.

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

Kyrie E Laser
A bone-chilling howl broke the still air around the two of them as they quietly gauged one another, followed by a frightened high-pitch scream.

"What on earth was that?" Kryie said as she took back up into the air. The full moon had climbed slightly higher into the sky, casting a bright light over the sector of town they patrolled.

Silent Shadow faded into the darkness of an alley, melding into the shadows. The unearthly sound wasn't that of any creature he recognized. He headed off to investigate.

A second howl echoed after the first, then a third. Where ever the noise came from, it wasn't from a lone entity.

Kryie sailed through the air, searching for its source as well. The rumble of trash cans being knocked about guided her to the north. A car's tires squealed from a road or two away. Horns blared. Glass smashed into tinkling clatter as another cry of fear echoed in the distance.

She pulled the two pistols from her belt and powered them up. A sapphire flicker of light played at the muzzle of each.

Silent Shadow
This post was updated on .
Silent Shadow used his Shadow teleport to get close to the sounds.  He readied some shuriken in case he needed to save someone from a distance.  The unnatural howls could be a number of things.  He noticed Kyrie flying above.  She seemed nice.
When he arrived at the scene there was a young woman surrounded by three werewolves and someone wearing a red oni mask with red and black armor.  They carried a katana and wakizashi both had a unique symbol dangling from the hilt.  They were in a park.  The young woman appeared to be from a local high school and from the tattered clothing the werewolves came from there too.  Something seemed off about the scene.
The werewolves growled at the newcomers.  Why weren't the werewolves attacking the oni masked warrior?  The young woman ran as soon as the werewolves were distracted.  This seemed a set up.
Silent Shadow drew his Ninjato.  If this was to be a sword fight, so be it.  He knew his sword was not silver and if these werewolves followed the legends then he would need silver.  The oni masked warrior made the first strike against Silent Shadow as katana met Ninjato.  Silent shadow did a quick backflip avoiding a werewolf claw.  Kyrie shot a couple of laser blasts one was deflected by the oni masked warrior the other got the attention of the werewolves.
Silent Shadow thanked her in sign language.  He blocked a wakizashi strike and thrust with his Ninjato.  He didn't carry his Tanto with him so it was two swords versus one.
***
The little white cat that had sat near Silent Shadow earlier in the night watched this going down.  It also noticed the young woman that ran had stopped and was watching the fight.

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

Kyrie E Laser
The werewolves backed away from the two men fighting with swords and looked up into the air where Kryie hovered. They bared their fangs at her and snarled as drool dripped from their open, panting mouths.

"Yes!" She exclaimed. "Werewolves on my first night out patrolling. Smile for the camera, puppies."

Two of the werewolves ripped off their tattered coats and ran for nearby trees, scaling them with ease. The third threw itself into the air and landed on a branch a few yards below Kryie. It used the springy limb to propel itself up higher into the air. It shoved a taloned hand at her feet and brushed her left foot as she lifted up out of its reach.

The wolf wilhelm-howled as it fell back to the earth as the other two drew nearer.

Meanwhile, Silent Shadow parried a blow from the man in the black and red armor with his blade. In a fluid motion, her new friend, or at least she hoped he was a friend, dropped low to the ground and swept a leg beneath the other man. The attempt to trip his opponent failed. In response to the sweep, the black and red armored man did something similar to a cartwheel and flipped out of the way of the attack.

The falling werewolf struck the ground with a painful thud, but didn't seem bothered by the impact. He rolled from his back onto his four limbs and moved to the closest tree.

Firing with both of her blasters, Kryie shot into the trees in an attempt to slow the werewolves' approach. Her skin glistened in the moonlight, shifting from blue to a polished metal.

"I've only morphed into titanium so far, but I think silver is more your style, boys." She shifted her flight path. Instead of ascending, she dove at the tree beneath her and braced her shoulder for impact. The werewolf didn't spin away quickly enough to avoid her body. She forced his body below her through limbs and branches as they skidded down the trunk of the tree.

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

Silent Shadow
Silent Shadow studied his opponent.  The Oni masked warrior lunged at him with both swords again.  Silent Shadow went low and the went up with a kick to the Oni masked warriors jaw. He narrowly avoided the two swords and went into his shadow form.  He was intangible in this form.

"I see I have engaged the opponent I was sent to," The Oni Masked Warrior stated.  "You may call me Red Oni.  My employer wishes to take your life as you and anyone who helps you is a threat to his plans.  His test subjects are now engaged with your companion.  Hopefully, you'll call in your dear sister, Silent Shadow."  He swung at Silent Shadow's shadow form.

Silent Shadow now knew that Kyrie was not an enemy, but wondered what he had accidentally gotten her involved in.  He resumed his solid form and created Shadow Clones to hit Red Oni multiple times.  The warrior was stunned momentarily.  Red Oni used both his swords in a wide sweep that Silent Shadow barely dodged.

"Who is your employer?" Silent Shadow signed.

"Sorry, I don't know Sign language, Silent Shadow," Red Oni replied.  "Any of your attempts to interrogate me will not work."

The white cat that Silent Shadow called Master Neko watched this play out.  The cat seemed very interested and also paid attention to the young woman hiding and recording the fights.  It looked up to see Kyrie fighting the werewolves.  This it had to report to its master.

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

Kyrie E Laser
Kyrie piledrove the treebound werewolf all the way down to the ground. The impact of their bodies caused the sturdy oak to shiver and pelt the ground around them with tiny acorns. The werewolf released a pained yelp and gasped for air as her weight pressed against his chest.

"Stay, Fluffy," Kryie said as she lifted a few feet back into the air above him, "and be a good doggie. I've got to corral your friends."

The werewolf feebly rolled from his back back into a fighting stance.

"OK. I guess we need to use your leash." Kryie thumbed a dial on her pistols and aimed one at the tree and one at the werewolf. Two beams of radiant blue light streamed out, significantly slower that her earlier laser blasts. The beam targeting the tree connected and oozed around the trunk, creating a solid band around its girth.

The other did the same to the werewolf. Even as the werewolf strained to move away, the light became thick and sticky, capturing the creature like a fly in amber until its limbs and torso were completely encased. Only its snarling head remained free of containment.

Kyrie aimed the two beams to meet halfway between their separate targets. Once the beams touched, they merged into one long strand and pulled off the muzzles of her guns. Snapping away from her like a taught rubber band freed from one end, the new line linked the enveloped werewolf to the tree.

To the werewolf's dismay, the material encasing it lifted up into the air until it became a tethered balloon floating high in the sky.

Kyrie waved at the now whining werewolf. "Enjoy the vie--"

One of the other werewolves struck her from behind, slashing its claws into her flank. It yowled in pain and frustration, bothered by the touch of her silvered skin and the apparent lack of damage to her body.

Her bodysuit of blue and white fabric was less impervious. She twisted to take in the sizable gash left in her clothing. "That took me hours to sew! You're getting declawed, buster. Bad dog!"

****
The Red Oni and Silent Shadow circled on another, each looking for an opening in their opponent's defenses.

Red Oni's head tilted a degree to the sky. "Your ill-fated companion seems to have bested one of my employer's new pets. The others will see she is made to suffer for such insolence."

Trained more than enough than to fall for the old 'something is behind you' trick, Silent Shadow didn't shift focus away from his target. When his path carried him to a point where he could see the glowing shape of the encased, floating werewolf, he did raise an eyebrow at the unique sight.

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

Silent Shadow
Knowing he couldn't ask questions to Red Oni, Silent Shadow watched carefully.  It was obvious Red Oni was a mercenary.  He didn't really have anything against Silent Shadow or Kyrie.  He was paid for a job.  Whoever his employer was, would have someone watching nearby.

One werewolf was out of the equation, the other two were still in play.  He decided to use his shadow form again and move from Red Oni.  Red Oni tried to swing on him as he went shadow form.  He can't be hurt in shadow form, so he was fine.  He focused his chi and formed an area of darkness surrounding himself and Red Oni.  He then went solid and did multiple punches and kick against Red Oni.  This knocked the mercenary out.  He used cuff tape to secure the warrior before dropping the field.

He searched to see where Kyrie was now and spotted the young woman recording the scene.  He took a closer look in Shadow Form and discovered she was actually ViXen.  He made note of this, to tell his twin sister.

He shot into the air using his acrobatic skills to lend a hand to Kyrie.

The white cat watched everything going down and if you saw it you would've sworn you saw it smile at the captured werewolf.  Even snicker at Red Oni.

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

Kyrie E Laser
Spiraling upward around the elm's trunk, Kyrie sought out the other werewolf while evading the one that struck her as it continued to pursue her. This werewolf apparently had skills that the first one did not possess. It leapt from branch to branch with ease, using the flexibility of each bending limb to help propel it to the next.

"What? Were you on the gymnastics team or something?" Kryie asked as she evaded a claw.

The werewolf snarled as it grabbed a new branch and brought his body up into a crouch on the limb. "Dive team."

"Nice." Kyrie couldn't spot the other werewolf. It had either departed or was setting up a trap. Her black clad new friend couldn't be seen either. I guess he doesn't dress in his pajamas for fun. The area where he fought against the man in red armor seemed darker than everywhere else, which of itself struck her as strangely weird.

The werewolf on the branch raised its head and howled.

"Calling for help?" Kyrie asked. "Good idea. I was just about to kick your tail."

The werewolf snapped its sharp teeth at her. The moonlight reflected coolly off its pupils as it stared at her intently.

Kyrie braced herself, ready to counter the charge the werewolf clearly prepared to make. As soon as it blinked, she began to twist so the instant it pushed itself back into the air to grapple her, she was in motion out of its reach.

Or so she thought.

The werewolf twisted its torso into a summersault and caught her by the ankle in its grasp.

Kyrie climbed into the air, dragging the werewolf along with her. His firm grip held on as she tried to shake it free. "You're invading my personal space. That's not cool."

Reaching up with his other hand, the werewolf strengthened its hold on her and began to drag itself up her shaking limb. "I'll rip you apart, limb by limb."

After he spoke, he licked his lips and teeth with a long, wet tongue.

Once he made his way up to her thigh, Kyrie relaxed and stopped trying to force the werewolf from her body. She concentrated on her silver flesh, envisioning a prickly cactus in her mind. Inch-long spikes of silver grew out from her skin, piercing the werewolf's hands and forearms while creating hundreds of small holes in the material of her costume.

"AAAHHHHRRRR,"- The werewolf cried out in pain while releasing his grip, -"RRROOOOOOOO!!!"

It fell from the sky nearly a hundred feet in the air into a small pond with a tremendous splash.

"I'd give that a big zero," Kyrie said as she retracted the spines and watched for the werewolf to bob up to the surface.

After several seconds, it hadn't broke the surface of the rippling water.

"Great. Just great!" Kyrie propelled herself down into the pond, worried she had gone too far and seriously hurt her foe.

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

Timbender
Timebender hears a howl that tugs at him.  He remembers when an alternate version of him that has succumbed the the werewolf infection once dominated him.  That infection, like the Zombie infection, lies latent within him.  Held from advancing by his time powers, that have slowed the to a point that it will (hopefully) never dominate him.

He still can draw on part of the powers of a werewolf, ones that give him keen senses and increased speed.  It also, it seems, lets him understand the howls of werewolves.  This howl is calling the pack.

Timebender draws on his powers to bend space and time, allowing him to arrive in the general area of where the howl originated to see what is going on.

He sees an unknown in combat with a werewolf, and observes the way she attacks it with silver.  Werewolves are actually quite diverse, with several different types.  Most can actually be armed with mortal weapons.  The silver thing is only needed to defeat one or two of the stronger types.  The question is, did she attack to hard and kill the unfortunate struggling with the viral curse?

He stays back, but creates a time clone, essentially a non-solid image that can act as his voice and eyes if he concentrates a bit.  He sends his clone forward, entering the late without causing a ripple because it is not solid, checking the status of the werewolf.

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

The Inkling
*"So another so called hero has arrived to assist these two," a mysterious figure thinks while watching their fight with some of his werewolf minions. "Good thing I have prepared for this eventuality. With surprising speed, this new villain springs into action, and reaching out, casts a spell negating all damage done by silver to his minions. "That should make things more fair."

"As for Timebender, as his name suggests he manipulates time. Normally I might worry, but not right now." Using his magic, he clones the werewolves not in the pond and has them attack Timebender while he teleports back to his lair in another version of Earth. "Now I can let my spy continue his stealthy work."*

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

Timbender
Timebender observes the cloning of the remaining Werewolves and drops a temporal mark before stepping this version of himself outside of the timestream to observe as a number of versions of himself from the future arrive to deal with the Werewolves.  He can not actually change the future, but he can watch what happens and be prepared, as well as figure out from their different temporal signatures when each him will be from.

He then drops backwards in time and does what he saw himself doing, not changing time but following a complicated path through time.

The first time he loops through, he slows a werewolf in time and then uses his supernatural vampire claws and infernal bracer to damage him...it is well known that supernatural creatures can harm each other.  He smells burnt fur and then he loops back again.

THIS time he uses magically summoned fire to burn a Werewolf that was trying to attack the first him from behind.  He hears a human cry of shock as he readies himself and loops again.

The third time he gets fancy, moving the werewolf's past self to now, making him only human as an uppercut knocks him out.

He loops back to confront the fourth Werewolf and says, "They tell me Werewolves are Immortal, but do you really want to find out what ten million years of aging will do you you?  That is what will happen if you touch the barrier I just erected around you."

The Barrier is visible as a sort of reddish smoke, as the aeons of time cause the very composition of the air to change.

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

Silent Shadow
Silent Shadow ran towards where Kyrie had gone.  He saw her dive into the water.  He could only assume to save someone, maybe the Werewolf she was fighting.  He saw her break the surface with a werewolf in tow.  The werewolf was unconscious.  He helped bring him ashore and try to clear the water from its lungs.  He made sure to secure it with cuff tape first.

The werewolf coughed up some water and tried to move.  It found itself confined.  It snapped its jaws trying to reach them.  Silent Shadow signed to it "Do you understand sign language?"  It didn't respond.

He turned towards Kyrie and signed, "I am Silent Shadow.  Do you know sign language?  If not I can text via my BADGE com."

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

The Inkling
The werewolves know many languages including sign language but it would be foolish to expect one to break down that easily and sign back. Doing so would be a sign of weakness and their master and those between him and them would punish any minion severely for such a minor lapse in judgement. "You think all of you have won so easily? This was but a minor test." The werewolf goes silent after that but inwardly is begrudgingly thanking Silent Shadow for saving him from drowning.

*********************************************************************

The werewolf laughs as a different color barrier manifested around it too. "You may know time magic Timebender but have you ever heard of anti-magic? All of us clones have been enchanted with that so only the most powerful time spells ever created can affect us in combat negatively. I accept your challenge mortal."

Snarling it teleports away then just as fast it seems to teleport right inside the space Timebender is occupying with its claws outstretched to definitely bloody him.

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

Timbender
Timebender comments as the Werewolf finds himself bounced back exactly where he started, "If I were using magic, your counterspell may have worked.  I am not in this case, and if you missed out on your physics class, space and time are closely linked.  You are, in addition to being inside a point of dense time, also inside a point of equally dense space.  Light and sound only cross through the space because of the amount of time involved."

He may be able to teleport through (actually, he already knows that the Werewolf will get out as he already saw how this ends), but will effectively have to cross the width of the galaxy to do so.  It is how Timebender's defenses work, by bending space and time so that things that should damage him never reach him.  It is not a perfect defense.  Since light and sound do pass through (even if a bit distorted), attacks based on those can work. Physical objects are nearly always deflected, because the distortion acts like a dense gravity well pulling things away from him.  Thus, the werewolf teleports forward and is immediately pulled back to the center of the distortion as if trying to escape a black hole.

Timebender may have magical or supernatural abilities from his gear, but controlling space and time is his nature, the power he has when stripped of all gear.  He simply decided, when he figured out his powers, that "Spacetime Bender" was too long a name.

The werewolf is smart and can teleport, so he teleports to the other side of Timebender where the gravity will pull him through the space Timebender is occupying.  This does work, though Timebender dodges he has to drop the time trap and move himself out of the way by traveling out of the timestream, effectively stopping time.  He uses the stopped time effect to gather bricks from a nearby construction site and build a solid wall around the Werewolf, that the werewolf crashes into once time restarts.

That will not hold him for long, but it is much harder to teleport if you can not tell where you are going.

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

Kyrie E Laser
"I know a very, very little bit. Enough to know that you are using sign language to communicate," Kyrie said. "The communicator would be faster and probably a lot more accurate."

Silent Shadow tapped on his communicator. I AM SILENT SHADOW. THANK YOU FOR YOUR AID. YOU MAY SPEAK AS I CAN HEAR.

Kyrie nodded. "Ok. You're welcome, but I don't think we're done yet. There were three furry puppies when we started."

THE PLAYERS IN THIS GAME HAVE CHANGED. THE WOMAN WHO RAN EARLIER WAS VIXEN. SHE WAS RECORDING THE FIGHT. A NEW HERO HAS ENGAGED THE OTHER WEREWOLF AND HAS CONTAINED IT.

"I guess we should contact B.A.D.G.E. and see about putting these guys in custody?" Kyrie said as she shook water from her cape. "I'm going to need to rethink this costume thing a bit."

I HAVE CONTACTED A MEMBER OF BADGE. THEY WILL BE HERE SOON.

Kyrie looked down at the werewolf Silent Shadow had bound. "I knew werewolves were tough, but this one has healed from all the injuries I caused already. I thought when I dropped him into the lake he was hurt a lot more than this."

Silent Shadow nodded. WHY ARE THERE WEREWOLFS IN THIS CITY AT ALL? IF VIXEN IS INVOLVED, IT DOESN'T SEEM TO BE HER USUAL MODUS OPERANDI.

"Didn't she get caught a few months ago in New Orleans around the same time as some big to-do at the former B.A.D.G.E. headquarters?"

Silent Shadow thought back on a past conversation with his sister. AN ADVERSARY OF KRYSTAL FAE ATTACKED THE BASE AFTER TURNING PEOPLE INTO ANIMALS WITH ENCHANTED BULLETS.

"I thought werewolves were caused by a curse passed on through being bitten or something," Kyrie said. "At least, that's what does it in the movies." She gasped as a thought struck her. "They were all wearing high school jackets. What if they put something into the school water system? Maybe everyone in the neighborhood will be getting their fur on?"

Silent Shadow doubted that would be the case. More werewolves would have answered the howls if there were more in the area. If the pack would have been larger, they already would have been overrun.

Kyrie took her pistols out of her holsters and fumbled with the triggers. "Oh, great. These aren't waterproof." She opened a small panel on the side of one and poured out water from its interior. "We're about to get mobbed by a werewolf army and my tech is down."

She looked at Silent Shadow and smiled, "Hey, you wouldn't happen to have some uncooked rice on you, would ya?"

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

The Inkling
*While these two stood over the restrained werewolf and Timebender battled the other one, the rest magically and silently teleported away leaving no physical trace behind.

ViXen soon after did too after recording these minor skirmishes for her, Dr. Fulcrum and their new boss to review the collected data. She used a one way portal to another version of Earth that closed right behind her after magically and technically verifying she was really herself and that no one was tracking her at all. "I see. So they think the one called Morgana is behind this hmm? Joke's on them then. I don't work for or with her anymore. Too hard to trust her anyway."

*********************************************************************

"You minions have done well. I knew by having you wear clothing like that of HR Earth's college students those capes would think Morgana or another villain was turning humans into animals. For now, relax and take it easy." The werewolves howl happily and then they turn into regular house cats and begin playing and frolicking around. While they do so, the mysterious speaker turns to ViXen and Dr. Fulcrum.

"My supernatural and magical spies have informed me that with Lady Phoenix defeated and her physical form restored, all the Vexillians except Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny have decided to leave Earth Prime (HR Earth) but still stay on one of the other planets in the Sol star system. So that leaves BADGE and the new Meta Humans Activities (MHA) organization to fight over jurisdiction of superpowered villains etc.

I want you Dr. Fulcrum to work with the villains here to open a portal to the legendary Sin City. There we will have fun bestowing Morphon abilities to the entities trapped within. It will make the storm of worlds the foolish Necromech unleashed look like a Mardi Gras parade."*

Re: Collaborative Fiction (Anyone): Silent Enemies

Timbender
The werewolf is temporarily contained, so Timebender's time clone moves to join the other two.  He hears the comment about the guns being wet and says, "That is easily fixed."  He does a spot displacement, restoring the weapons to the exact condition they were in before she jumped into the lake.  He does the same for her uniform.  Sometimes this minor effects are useful, though no use in a fight.

Timebender adds, "The me over there is the original, he is keeping the Werewolf contained.  This me is a temporally displaced image, kind of a hologram.  You are right, most werewolves are created by a viral curse, one transferred by saliva getting into open wounds."

To Silent Shadow, "Sorry, I only know a few words of Sign Language, not enough to communicate."

"Thanks, that's most kind." Kyrie flashed Timebender a grateful smile. She inspected her uniform and pistols, nodding approvingly as she did. "Do you mind if I put you on speed-dial?"

"You couldn't afford my rates." Timebender's alternate chuckled. "You might want to talk to some of the technicians at B.A.D.G.E. to enhance your gear."

"I have an appointment with Dr. Marcus next week. You know, Catalyst." Kyrie holstered her pistols. "He and Agent Leslie went off on a mission somewhere."

Silent Shadow
In reply to this post by Timbender
A B.A.D.G.E. shuttle landed nearby and secured the remaining werewolves as well as Red Oni.  A blonde haired green eyed woman in a standard B.A.D.G.E. uniform came over and talked to the assembled heroes.

"Timebender, Kyrie E. Laser, and Silent Shadow, I'm Agent Shannon Erikson, can you tell me what happened here?" She stated in a very by-the-book manner.

    "Hi, sis," Silent Shadow signed.

She smiled and signed back, "Keep it professional, Greg."

"Wait, she's your sister, isn't she, Silent Shadow?" Kyrie guessed correctly.  "You have the same eyes."

"Well, we are twins," Agent Erikson stated.  "Who wants to go first for the debriefing?"
